Request and allocation of faculty mentoring


Target : Freshmen
Allocation of mentoring faculty will be made according to the result of survey about the interested area

2st Semester


Foreign Language Qualification Test


Available to apply for a foreign language test since 2nd semester Replaceable by taking an English class of undergraduate course regardless of taking foreign language qualification test

3st Semester


Application for Foreign Language Qualification Test


Target : a non-applied student or a student who failed Replaceable by taking an English class of undergraduate course regardless of taking foreign language qualification test


Selection of a degree course


You can choose to either write a dissertation or take additional credit hours Applicants for a dissertation are scheduled to submit their paper in 5th semester, and those who choose to take additional credit hours are required to take 6 credits (2 subjects) additionally.


Assignment of Faculty Thesis Adviser


If you are to write a dissertation, apply for Faculty Thesis Adviser so that faculty adviser will be allocated to you


Take a Research Methodology Class


Target : A student who chooses to write a thesis You are required to take a Research Methodology Class before your thesis semester

4st Semester


Application for Foreign Language Proficiency Test


Target : A non-applied student or a student who failed Replaceable by taking an English class of undergraduate course regardless of taking foreign language qualification test


Application for Comprehensive Examination


Target : A student who has taken more than 18 credits except prerequisite subject and also has been enrolled in 4th semester The examination covers three subjects in your major The hour will be more than 60 minutes per subject Pass: 60 each points out of 100 and over 70 points on average


Presentation of Research Plan


Target : Applicants for a Dissertation Write a Research Plan with assistance of Faculty Advisers Dissertation Submission is available once a Research Plan is approved

5st Semester


Dissertation Substitution Request


Target : Applicants for Additional Credits Apply for 6 credits of 2 courses


Application for Comprehensive Test


Target : A student who hasn’t applied in 4th semester or failed to pass
The examination covers three subjects in your major
The hour will be more than 60 minutes per subject
Pass: 60 each points out of 100 and over 70 points on average


First Examination of a Dissertation


Requirements : 3 copies of the thesis
Examiners : Three persons (1 chief, 2 associate)


Submission of Examined Dissertation


Print original copy on which the signatures are affixed
Submit the 6 copies of printed paper to Administration office of graduate school

Submission of an application for examination and Pay the fee of examination


Target : A student who applied for examination of the dissertation and has passed Foreign Language
Proficiency Test and Comprehensive Test and has taken 24 credits in major An applicant is required to pay the
fee within deadline


Final Examination of a Dissertation


Requirements : 3 copies of the thesis
Examiners : Three persons (1 chief, 2 associate)
