SCU's department of Arts and Culture invites current students, graduates, and prospective students to the special lecture by professors at Khabarovsk State Institute of Arts and Culture, Russia. 

All participants will receive the certificate for attending the lecture. It is in total 8 hours, and covers following topics: 

- Policy of arts and culture in Russia

- Theater management and operation of art organization

- History of Russian theatre

- Art planning and promotion
