International Dual Degree Programs

What is the Dual Degree Program?

This program is available only to applicants who meet all eligibility criteria. After completing two years of required courses at Seoul Cyber University, students can complete their remaining graduation credits online at California State University, San Bernardino. Upon meeting the requirements of both universities, participants can simultaneously obtain degrees from both institutions. Selection takes place each spring semester.

Eligibility Requirements

Content
Students in their second year, second semester or above who have completed the full two-year program at Seoul Cyber University
Applicants must have completed all required courses at Seoul Cyber University up to the second semester of their second year at the time of application
(A minimum of 60 credits)
Tuition Payable ($28,500 for two years)
Those who withdraw from the San Bernardino program will not be eligible for a tuition refund
Applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher (equivalent to a C average) and will be determined based on the interview results of the Dual Degree Committee at Seoul Cyber University
Language Proficiency IBT TOEFL score of 61 (or higher), and IELTS score of 5.5 (or higher), or a Duolingo score of 95 (or higher)
Document Processing Period Every January in the first semester

Requirements for Obtaining a Dual Degree

  • To obtain a dual degree, students must earn at least 80 credits from Seoul Cyber University and at least 60 credits from California State University

Documents Required for Seoul Cyber University Submission

  • One copy of the program application form
  • One copy of the application form in Korean and one copy in English
  • One copy of the pledge form
  • One copy of the study plan (written in English)
  • One copy of a recommendation from the department chair or dean (in English/freestyle format)
  • One original and one copy of the foreign language proficiency certificate
  • One copy of the enrollment certificate (in Korean)
  • One copy of the transcript in Korean and one copy in English
  • One copy of the passport

  • 2 Self-Development Goals
  • 3 Attitude
  • 4 Foreign Language Proficiency, etc

Documents Required for Final Admitted Students at CSUSB

  1. 1 Transfer in good standing from the last college/university attended
  2. 2 Academic requirements (Minimum 2.0 overall college GPA)
  3. 3 English language proficiency (see details below)
    • TOEFL (iBT 61 or PBT 500) or IELTS (5.5 total band score) or Duolingo score of 95 (or higher). Must be valid within the last two years.
    • Successful completion of level 3 of CSUSB English Language Program
  4. 4 English translation of non-English documents
  5. 5 International Application CSUApply
  6. 6 Submission of financial support statement (bank statement)
  7. 7 Copy of passport
