Vice Rector of Symbat Institute of Design and Technology Visits Seoul Cyber University

Dr. Balnur Assanova, Vice Rector of Symbat Institute of Design and Technology, Kazakhstan, visited Seoul Cyber University with her party on July 13, 2026, to discuss opportunities for educational collaboration.

The visit was part of Seoul Cyber University’s ongoing efforts to expand its academic partnerships with educational institutions in Kazakhstan.

Symbat Institute of Design and Technology has a long-standing background and expertise in fashion and design education. With roots in an apparel production facility established in 1947, Symbat has developed into a specialized educational institution in fashion and design while continuing to operate its own production facilities.

Building on Symbat’s strengths in fashion and design and Seoul Cyber University’s academic offerings in beauty, information technology, and applied artificial intelligence, the two institutions explored potential areas for educational collaboration in beauty, design, and AI-related fields.

The visit provided an opportunity for both institutions to deepen their mutual understanding and broaden the scope of educational cooperation between Seoul Cyber University and institutions in Kazakhstan.
