Meanwhile, the Department of Beauty Design at Seoul Cyber University is cultivating beauty and aesthetic professionals who will lead the global K-Beauty wave. The department aims to nurture professional artists and educators by providing foundational education in beauty design including beauty arts, hair, nails, makeup, and broadcast makeup as well as smart beauty-care content designed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and global K-Beauty health content. The department has also introduced the world’s first immersive content production system (VX, Virtual eXperience) through its state-of-the-art ART TECH STUDIO, providing high-quality lectures. Every weekend, students participate in practical special lectures on the latest beauty trends to help them adapt to the professional field, while various industry-academia cooperation agreements provide opportunities for advanced, industry-oriented education.

In addition, the Department of Beauty Industry within the Graduate School offers master’s and doctoral programs, simultaneously cultivating advanced practical professionals and researchers. The university plans to further strengthen the academic and practical foundation needed to contribute to the development of the K-Beauty industry by connecting the expertise students develop through undergraduate study and the skills demonstrated through skills competitions with advanced graduate-level education.
