Holiday Special Lecture with Professor Seo Young-soo from the Finance and Insurance Department - February 17th (Saturday), from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM  In celebration of the holiday season, the Department of Finance and Insurance will host a special lecture titled 'Holiday Special Seminar with Professor Seo Young-soo' on the 17th (Saturday) at 11:00 AM, conducted via Google Meet. Dean Seo Young-soo will deliver a lecture on 'Strategies for Acquiring Financial Certifications' to new and transfer students for the academic year 2024, to impart financial expertise. The special lecture is open to anyone interested in finance, including current students and new/transfer students of the Finance and Insurance Department, without the need for prior registration. The Department of Finance and Insurance, established in 2000 as the first among cyber university in Korea, provides education covering both theoretical and practical aspects of finance, including banking, financial investment, insurance, and asset management, both domestically and internationally. It is now widely regarded as one of the top institutions in the field, large student and faculty body and high-quality content. Notably, in September 2008, it introduced the first comprehensive course on asset management among cyber universities, and in March 2010, it became the first among cyber universities to be designated as an AFPK certification education institution. |
