Seoul Cyber University Signs MOU with Purple Heart Association - Held on June 18th(Wed), at the Smart

following the signing ceremony. On June 18th(Wed), Seoul Cyber
University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Purple Heart
Association (Chairman Kim Tae-Sung) at the Smart Lecture Hall in Building A. The agreement was concluded to foster
mutual cooperation in areas such as professional training, practicum
opportunities, consulting, and publicity - necessary for the development of
both institutions. Through the MOU, the two parties plan to
collaborate on ▲employment education support for
wounded service members ▲mutual cooperation and
requests regarding the establishment of educational infrastructure ▲joint efforts in the advancement of the content industry ▲human and material resource exchange for education, practicum,
training, internships, consulting, and publicity and other cooperative projects
as needed. From the Purple Heart Association, Chairman
Kim Tae-Sung, Board Member Lee Sung-Eun, Advisors Oh Eun-Ok, Jeon Myung-Ja, Kim
Ji-Jung, Kim Ji-Yeon, Jeon Soong-Bo, Pyo Jung-Ho, Lee Joo-Eun, and Lee Han attended.
From Seoul Cyber University, President Lee Eun-Joo, Vice President Lee Jung-Won,
Deputy Director Park Jong-Sun of the Education Innovation Project, Military
Education Support Director Lee Soo-Ran, Manager Lee Yoon-Jung, and Team Manager
Lee Mi-Sun were present. Vice President for External Affairs Koo Kook-Mo served
as the host of the ceremony. The Purple Heart Association is dedicated
to honoring and supporting injured service members, ensuring that heroes
wounded during military service receive fair treatment and assistance. It
provides medical care, rehabilitation programs, vocational training, and
diverse initiatives to help veterans reintegrate into society. The association
also leads campaigns and publicity efforts to safeguard their honor. President Lee Eun-Joo stated, “By sharing our university’s advanced educational systems and expertise, we aim to achieve the best outcomes for both parties.” Chairman Kim Tae-Sung added, “We are delighted to sign this agreement with Seoul Cyber University, renowned for its specialized military education, and will continue our utmost efforts to protect and honor wounded service members across various fields.” |
