President Lee Eun-joo remarked, "Seoul Cyber University is geared towards addressing diverse educational needs through an optimal untact system." She continued, "Moving forward, Seoul Cyber University will spare no effort in satisfying the yearning for education among individuals."

Meanwhile, our university is recruiting transfer and new students for the second term from June 1st in 8 colleges and a total of 34 departments (majors). Admission for new students is open to anyone with a high school diploma or higher, while transfer students only need to meet the academic qualifications for their respective grades. Especially in this second term recruitment, a significant increase in applications from working professionals with a degree from vocational colleges is expected. Not only those who wish to pursue majors related to their current profession but also those seeking new career paths through transfer admissions are increasing. For transfer admissions, applicants can choose their desired department regardless of their previous major at the university they attended. Applications can be submitted via Seoul Cyber University's admissions homepage (apply.iscu.ac.kr) or through mobile devices.
