Cyber University tops brand reputation for three months straight in 2023 - In June, July, and August 2023, Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute's big data analysis places us at the top for three consecutive months Seoul Cyber University, the first in the nation to achieve the highest rating for three consecutive times in the Ministry of Education's certification evaluations (2007, 2013, 2020), and for two consecutive years, the university with the most admissions, according to the University Guide (2021, 2022) In August 2023, Cyber University secured the top spot in big data analysis of brand reputation, following successes in January, June, and July. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute conducted an analysis of the brand reputation for Cyber University, which is popular among domestic consumers. The analysis covered the period from July 24, 2023, to August 24, 2023, and involved the examination of a total of 14,951,613 pieces of brand-related data. The brand reputation can be divided into different categories based on consumer activities big data, which are participatory value, communicative value, social value, market value, and financial value. Cyber University's brand reputation index analyzes consumer digital behaviors through reputation analysis algorithms. This analysis is broken down into four categories, which are participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. The reputation algorithm is strengthened by channel evaluation and consumer assessment. The reputation of a brand is greatly influenced by the online behavior of consumers. This is evident from the brand reputation index, which is created by analyzing brand big data. The index helps quantify the sentiment evaluation, media attention, consumer participation, and communication volume related to a brand. Cyber University achieved a brand reputation index of 1,693,880 with a participation index of 544,435, media index of 393,058, communication index of 389,276, and community index of 367,110.
