Sep 19 (Tue): Ceremony at A Building Smart Lecture Hall for education innovation project outcomes.
Recently, an agreement ceremony was held as part of the Ministry of Education's Remote University Education Innovation Support Project. The ceremony brought together university presidents and officials from Global Cyber University, Seoul Cyber University, Youngjin Cyber University, and Hwashin Cyber University. The event aimed to introduce our university's OnFlex education model, which is developed by the Big Data & AI Center, headed by Vice Center Director Cheon Ji-young. The activities included signing the agreement, a commemorative photo session, and a campus tour.

The "Remote University Education Innovation Support Project" is an initiative aimed at supporting the development of various remote education models for universities that offer remote learning. This project is a response to the increasing demand for remote education due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the growing demand for non-face-to-face education among adults. It is the first financial support program that provides multi-year budget support to remote universities. The project is designed to leverage the accumulated experience of our university in remote education and aims to lay the foundation for building a converged education system for future society.

President Lee Eunjoo expressed, 'The OnFlex education model is the core leading future education. Through this agreement ceremony, we will not only share the achievements of the OnFlex education model but also exert more effort in its dissemination and educational innovation.'
