The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, Secondary Education Division, and High School Credit Team conducted a campus visit to our university - Establishing Directionality and Defining Identity for the Establishment of Ulsan Metropolitan City Public Online School  [Photo] Ulsan Edu Office, Secondary Ed Division, HS Credit Team with Director Park Gap-jin (2nd from left in front row) and our university reps with Cooperative President Lee Jae-woong (3rd from left in front row) Our university hosted a visit from the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education's Secondary Education Division and High School Credit Team on Thursday, September 21st. This visit was the second of its kind, following a visit from the Daegu Metropolitan City Office of Education in January. The aim of the visit was to provide insights into the establishment and identity definition of the Ulsan Metropolitan City Public Online School. In this visit, our university provided insights into the online education system, showcased the current state of facilities and equipment, and conducted a special lecture and campus tour to introduce interactive teaching methods, lecture platforms, and the On-Flex model. Our university has signed an industry consignment agreement with the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education. The main objective of this agreement is to create an educational environment that enables employees of the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education and its affiliated educational institutions to work and study simultaneously. The agreement also includes industry consignment scholarships. Our university has already established collaborations between industry and academia with various organizations, including the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, Jeollabuk-do Office of Education, Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education, Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education, and the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education. President Seo Jae-woong expressed, 'I hope this visit will serve as a solid foundation for the development of plans for the operation of Ulsan Public Online School.' He added, 'Seoul Cyber University will strive to be a pioneer in online education in South Korea, leveraging the best education system it is constructing.' |
