Cyber University continues its streak, ranking first in brand reputation for four consecutive months in 2023
-Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute's big data analysis results show four consecutive months of ranking first in June, July, August, and September 2023

The big data analysis results for Cyber University's brand reputation in 2023 reveal that the university has secured the top position not only in January, June, July, and August but also in September.

The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute has conducted a brand reputation analysis using big data for Cyber University, a brand cherished by domestic consumers. The analysis, covering the period from August 25, 2023, to September 25, 2023, examined a total of 16,979,396 instances of brand big data. This reflects a 13.56% increase compared to the 14,951,613 instances in the previous August.

The evaluation of a brand's reputation relies on consumer activities' big data, segmented into participatory, communicative, social, market, and financial values. Cyber University's Brand Reputation Index employs reputation analysis algorithms, further broken down into participation, media, communication, and community indices. The reputation algorithm strengthens channel evaluation and consumer evaluation for the brand.

The Brand Reputation Index identifies that consumers' online habits significantly influence brand consumption. It is a metric created through brand big data analysis, allowing for the measurement of positive and negative evaluations, media interest, consumer engagement, communication volume, and social conversation volume related to the brand.

Securing the top spot in cyber university brand reputation, our university attained a brand reputation index of 1,811,122, with a participation index of 508,955, a media index of 342,841, a communication index of 439,716, and a community index of 519,610. This reflects a 6.92% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 1,693,880 in August.
