Real Estate Department to host offline special lecture on '2024 Real Estate Market Issues and Prospects' - Second lecture to be held on January 6th (Saturday) at the Indeogwon Campus [Photo] Professor Kim Yong-jin's Lecture on the 2022 Real Estate Market Outlook For the first half of the 2024 academic year admissions, the Department of Real Estate is hosting Professor Kim Yong-jin's special lecture titled 'Issues and Outlook of the 2024 Real Estate Market: Real Estate Insights and Intuition.' The lecture will take place at both the main campus and the Indeokwon campus. Students and alumni of our university's Real Estate Department, as well as those from other departments, and individuals from external universities or cyber universities interested in the special lecture, can attend after pre-registration. Enrollment is accessible on the Real Estate Department's website. During the special lecture on December 30th, 2023, which focused on analyzing the real estate market and policies, discussions covered the trends in the real estate market, key real estate policies, and the interests of market participants. The upcoming special lecture on January 6th, 2024, will delve into the outlook and policy effects of the real estate market, addressing important variables, investment psychology, policy insights, and analytical discussions on market rises and falls. The Department of Real Estate, led by Professor Kim Donghwan, is committed to cultivating professionals equipped with both practical and theoretical expertise to lead the 21st-century real estate market. In order to achieve this goal, the department offers a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of real estate, including economic, financial, and legal foundations. It also includes practical courses on real estate development, management, and investment.
