For the first half of the 2024 academic year admissions, the Department of Real Estate is hosting Professor Kim Yong-jin's special lecture titled 'Issues and Outlook of the 2024 Real Estate Market: Real Estate Insights and Intuition.' The lecture will take place at both the main campus and the Indeokwon campus.

Students and alumni of our university's Real Estate Department, as well as those from other departments, and individuals from external universities or cyber universities interested in the special lecture, can attend after pre-registration. During the special lecture on December 30th, 2023, which focused on analyzing the real estate market and policies, discussions covered the trends in the real estate market, key real estate policies, and the interests of market participants. The upcoming special lecture on January 6th, 2024, will delve into the outlook and policy effects of the real estate market, addressing important variables, investment psychology, policy insights, and analytical discussions on market rises and falls.
