Signing of Industrial Contract Agreement with WBMEdu Co., Ltd -Signing of Industrial Commission Agreement to Promote English Education Activation in Both Institutions  [Photo] Mr. Kim Chang-soo, CEO of WBMEdu (left), and President Kang In of Seoul Cyber University posing for a commemorative photo after signing the agreement On December 15th (Thursday), Seoul Cyber University signed a business agreement with WBMEdu Co., Ltd. (represented by Mr. Kim Chang-soo) for industry-commissioned education. This cooperative agreement regarding commissioned education aims to establish a collaborative framework between the university and WBMEdu Co., Ltd., ensuring opportunities for acquiring new theories and technologies, self-development of affiliated employees, and practical training. At the signing ceremony on this day, WBMEdu was represented by CEO Kim Chang-soo, Executive Lee Chang-sik, Director Hwang Jae-woong of the Jongno Center, Personnel Manager Song Byung-jun, and Manager Lee Do-geun from the Academy Headquarters. From the university side, President Kang In was joined by university officials including Vice President Lee Jung-won of the Military Education Support Office, Vice President Gu Guk-mo of External Cooperation, and Director Lim Jeong-sun of the Lifelong Education Center. WBMEdu has played a significant role in the history of English education in South Korea, contributing to the activation of English education in the country. In response to the rapidly changing English education environment, WBMEdu has expanded online English education and is evolving language institutes into hubs for lifelong education and specialized education for talent cultivation. This agreement is intended to promote the activation of English education in both institutions. President Kang In expressed his pleasure, saying, "I am delighted to have signed an agreement with WBMEdu, which has a significant role in the history of foreign language education in South Korea. Seoul Cyber University will continue to focus on nurturing talent to lead the next generation through agreements with various institutions." |
