- Seoul Cyber University, the first in South Korea to achieve an A grade in the Ministry of Education's official certification evaluation for three consecutive times

Our university began recruiting new and transfer students for the second half of the 2021 academic year starting from June 1st. Following our recognition as the top university in the 2007 comprehensive evaluation of distance education institutions and achieving an A grade in the 2013 evaluation for cyber universities, we were once again awarded the highest grade of A in the 2020 Distance Education Certification and Capacity Assessment conducted by the Ministry of Education. As a result, we have become the first cyber university in South Korea to achieve an A grade in all three official evaluations conducted by the Ministry of Education for distance education institutions. Additionally, in 2021, we were selected for the first round of funding under the Ministry of Education's Distance Education Innovation Support Project, further contributing to the expansion of quality distance education by enhancing infrastructure to meet the demand from adult learners.

In line with societal demands and trends, our university has introduced new programs for the 2021 academic year, including Beauty Design, Robot Integration, Safety Management, and Solo Broadcasting, thereby expanding our offerings to a total of 38 departments and majors, making us the cyber university with the most diverse range of programs. We are currently recruiting new and transfer students for these newly established programs as well as our existing ones.

Our university provides various programs tailored to current students' needs. Through the Student-Centered Semester System, working professionals can adjust their graduation timelines to balance work and study, allowing students to harmonize their work and learning schedules. Additionally, we operate a Career Coaching Center, offering personalized 1:1 coaching programs tailored to students' aptitudes and capabilities, assisting them in obtaining academic degrees, re-education, new employment, or career transitions. Furthermore, with the "SCU Mentoring" program, we facilitate the formation of mentor-mentee relationships, allowing for the exchange of learning tips and information on various aspects of university life, which has garnered praise from many students.

The first round of admissions for new and transfer students for the second half of the 2021 academic year will be open from June 1st to July 13th. Applicants for freshmen should have at least a high school diploma, while transfer students should meet the academic qualifications according to their respective academic levels, such as graduation from a vocational college. Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria can apply. The application forms are conveniently accessible on the admissions website (apply.iscu.ac.kr) and can be completed easily using a PC or mobile device.
